Parts for making a floating diver down flag.
I am sure you could use any similar sized inner tube. I went to my local tire shop and asked if they had any old tubes that I could have. This one was given to me. Seems to be a perfect size for this project.
Used this fiberglass rod for the flag pole.

Zip tied the flag to the shaft mounts.
You squeeze the ends of the mount towards each other to slide it up and down the pole. Having 2 people makes the just much easier.
