I created these for a friend who bought a Keter garden furniture set but was missing some parts.
I printed the screws on a Creality K1C using the following settings but you may need to experiment to make sure the screws are strong enough.
Shell wall: 3
Infill: 33% (Honeycomb)
Layer height: 0.20 mm
Material: PLA
I added a support under the screw head.
Tree supports were used when printing the block.
