I needed to replace a screen in a screen door.
I could have bought this tool for about $15CAD where I live. I don't anticipate that I'll use it very often, and it had been a while since I designed a new tool, so this is it.
It works perfectly, after lightly sanding the hole in the wheel.

I have to say that I really enjoy working with OnShape.com. I found it through the Artisan's Asylum when it was in prototype stage. Since then they have constantly improved features and it works so well for my use cases.
Print the axle on the flattened side to maximize strength. This is the designed intent.
I printed with 75% infill for strength, and it is very rigid.
