This is a BSA Scout logo organization box for pins, paperclips or any such accessories. It's an original creation made from the official BSA logo that BSA provides in vector form from their website. You can print just the bottom box and the lid for a 140mm long/32mm tall container box. You can also print out as many of the 20mm stacking divider boxes and stack it as high as you want. In addition, you can pop the lid STL into Tinkercad and write a special message under the lid if you plan to make it as a gift.

We experimented with the lid in several prints to make sure it wasn't too tight, but snug enough to hold. With everything assembled it will stay firmly in place even if turned upside down. I wouldn't suggest this however if it is full of heavy objects inside.

You will need supports for the lid and the stacking boxes because of the lip that hangs over the walls of the piece below it. I just tried to make sure the supports don't actually touch the walls of the insert which will make it harder to remove the supports after. See picture.

To get the layer effect with the different color filaments I just set the "Pause at Heights" setting that came with my slicing software, which allowed me to switch filament and continue printing from where I left off. For example, for the lid, I started with blue and printed that to 4mm, then it paused and I switched to white until 6.1mm, then red until 7.1mm and finished it off with blue for the eagle and stars in the shield.
