5 scalpel holders in it (flat or round), a side compartment perfectly long for iso wipes but also could be used for micro tubes or syringe tips. The front compartment is meant for sterile scalpel blades or syringe needles. The rounding on the left provides ease of access of grabbing a new scalpel blade if needed.
