This is a remix from the original design from M600 => https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3382995
This one is made for scalpel handle size 4, instead of the original size 3. I took the concept from the above design, but rebuilt it from scratch, starting from the ISO norm. It should hopefully fit all the size 4 handle & blades.
Tested with an Aesculap scalpel & n°23 blade.

Ce design est adapté pour un manche de scalpel taille 4, au lieu de la taille 3 d'origine. Le concept est celui du design ci-dessus, mais j'ai reconçu en partant de 0, selon la norme ISO. Cela devrait donc s'adapter à tous les manches de taille 4 et toutes les lames.
Testé avec un scalpel Aesculap & une lame n°23.
