This thing is a 1.75mm version of the Extruder used on Scalar 3D printers.
The arm idler from 3mm version can be reused.
The one provided with this version has an additional lever to pull or push the filament through the extruder.
This model is also compatible for Bowden or direct driver versions.

You will need to print the one compatible with your hotend (E3D, AllInone, etc....)
You can mount at the top of the extruder body a pneumatic push to fit connector compatible with 4mm Outter diameter and 2mm Inner diameter PTFE tube. (mostly used with 1.75mm filament)
The compatible thread is a standard 1/8" BSPT.
