Summary

This is one of my first designs. It's a simple snap-in cover for SD Card Extender cables to run down the side of an aluminum V-Slot Extrusion. I use it with Teaching Tech's All-in-One Rear Mount Electronics case since the SD slot on the SKR1.3 puts it in the rear. I needed an elegant way to run the cable for the SD card extension cord I use. It's got enough space to run a lot of cables through and you could potentially use these all over your printer to hide cables. They also make decent looking v slot covers in general.

I use it with this holder.

The provided file is 40mm tall, but you can adapt it to any size by simply scaling it on the Z axis vertically to whatever size you need in your slicer.

I have provided 2 files. One that's better to slide in the slots, and the other with some cut out that makes it easier to snap in and pull out without removing end caps or anything. The cut out version is also useful for making it over the screws in the side of the frame.

It should fit perfectly but you might have to sand the little nubs that grab the inside of the v-slots if it's too hard to snap in or out.

Post a make so I can see your sick build.
