I've had a hard time finding a print file for a negative carrier for the Saunders LPL 4550 enlarger so I designed one based on an OEM version. I'm including the ones that I've needed so far, as well as a blank version that you can edit to your negative size. Currently, these are designed for medium format negatives, but could be updated for other formats.
These differ a bit from the OEM versions to make them simple to print in that both the top and bottom have a totally flat side. I've tested them and they work fine, but attention should be paid to loading negatives to be sure you have them right side up (it may be unintuitive at first) and to be sure you aren't scratching your negatives on a bit of jagged PLA. A bit of sanding is a good idea.
These are not hinged, but they hold together well enough for most use cases. I always load my negative carriers in daylight, but have had a few feedback notes that they are hard to load in the darkroom.
Note: 6x6 carrier is 58x58mm rather than the standard 56x56mm to include some borders on prints. This is irrelevant if cropping.
