This is the Satsana for the Micro Swiss Direct Drive with a BLTouch on the Ender 3 doesnt matter what model and whatever other models the Micro Swiss DD fits. I modified one that the BLTouch was added on too. It has the cutout for the swing arm and a 2nd bolt hole was added too. This uses the original fans from the Ender 3 V2, which are the same as any other E3 model. I Also added another version were I've extended the BLTouch mount 2mm to the left.
I printed this on its back with supports Only touching the build plate. If your going to use PLA make sure you have a boot on your hotend. Otherwise I would use PETG or ABS. I used 4 M2x8 bolts for the parts cooling fan.
I also Modified the extruder handle that Micro swiss suggest to use to be able to go around this fan shroud. This is the link to the extended extruder knob https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4689903
