This is an experimental design for a Sarrus linkage mechanism
With these parts one can create a Sarrus linkage producing linear movement.
It could be used as a drill guide to drill perpendicular holes or used to move a lense in a focus mechanism or just to play around and get a haptic impression of this mechanism (fidget).
There is an additional disc that can be clipped into the holes of the base and the top to guide an axis or a drill.
To build this M3 screw with length of 30mm can be used.
Minimalistic version: 2 x base plates (Sarrus-base.stl), 4 x side plates (Sarrus.stl)
Full version: 2 x base plates (Sarrus-base.stl) 8 x side plates (Sarrus.stl)
For Drill aid: 2 x clippable hole plate (Drillguide.slt)
The dimensions are:
