I needed a sanding block for small constrained areas. I created these sanding fingers for that purpose. I created 2 widths, 3/4" and 1/2". Sandpaper is attached using a contact adhesive spray, or PSA sandpaper. I trim the paper to finger profile using a hobby knife after it is alltached. The sanding surface is 2" long and the grip is offset at a 15 degree angle to sanding surface. I use an index finger to apply uniform pressure to the sandpaper. I printed six of each size so each could be loaded with a different grit and I would not have to change grits in the middle of a project. I used PETG with an infill of 50% for strength.
