Esto es un mango tipo pinza para el papel de lija. Tiene una parte principal que sujeta las hojas configurables al apretar los 3 tornillos/tuercas M3. Aloja tiras de papel de lija de 50mm de ancho y longitud variable. Es una herramienta que llevo tiempo necesitando pero no se me había ocurrido fabricarla yo mismo. Al final encontré tiempo para hacerla.

UPDATE (9-JUL-2016): Añadido clip M4, agoté mis M3.

Instrucciones: Envuelve la hoja en el papel de lija aprieta los tornillos para cerrar la pinza y ya está: Limpio, robusto, rápido y configurable. Usa unas arandelas en la parte de la cabeza del tornillo. Dejo aquí unas hojas de ejemplo pero puedes hacértelas a la medida usando mi customizer: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1663571. O puedes usar los fuentes FreeCAD. Si quieres puedes añadir algo de espuma entre la lija y la hoja para un lijado menos duro.

Imprime la pinza con al menos un 60% de relleno y 4mm de perímetro, tiene que ser robusta.

This is a clip style sandpaper handler. It has a main clip part that fixes the other configurable parts closing the clip with the pressing 3xM3 bolts/nuts. It holds 50mm width and variable length sandpaper strips This is a tool I was in the need since years, but I have never thought about making it myself. In the end I got the time to do it.

Instructions: Wrap the sandpaper on the blades before you close the clip and you are done. Clean, sturdy, quick, and configurable. Use some washers on the bolts head. I left here some sample blades but you can generate your own blades using my customizer here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1663571. Or you can use the FreeCAD sources. If you want you could add some foam between the sandpaper and blade for a softer sanding.

Print the clip with at least 60% infill and 4mm perimeter. It should be sturdy.
