This is my second Samsung Galaxy S24 Hexagon case with S24... AI Text - a remix from lucas_sp12.
No support is required in the slicer settings :-)
The green parts in the picture are the supports for easy printing and must be removed after. Removing can be easy or difficult depending on material and printer.
I used filament TPU shore 95A and the Prusaslicer project file, nozzle: 220 °C, bed: 50 °C.

New version v2.0 changes to v1.0: The entire housing is 0.2 mm thicker and therefore more stable. Volume button cutout adjusted slightly. The microphone holes are a little larger so that it fits better. The Support is a little thinner and it can be removed more easily. Now with "S24 Galaxy AI" Text :-)

I use filament TPU shore 95A and slicer temperatures -> nozzle: 220 °C, bed: 50 °C. For a good TPU print the filament should be dry.

In den Slicer Einstellungen ist keine Unterstützung erforderlich :-)
Die grünen Teile im Bild dienen lediglich als Stützen zum einfachen Drucken und müssen anschließend entfernt werden. Das Entfernen kann je nach Material und Drucker einfach oder schwierig sein. Ich benutzte Filament TPU shore 95A und die Prusaslicer Projektdatei, Düse: 220 °C, Bett: 50 °C.

Neue Version v2.0 Änderungen zu v1.0: Das gesamte Gehäuse ist 0,2 mm dicker und dadurch stabiler. Der Ausschnitt der Lautstärketaste wurde leicht angepasst. Die Mikrofonlöcher sind etwas größer, damit es besser passt. Der Support ist etwas dünner und kann leichter entfernt werden. Jetzt mit "S24 Galaxy KI" Text :-)

Ich benutzte Filament TPU härte 95A und Slicer Temperaturen -> Düse: 220 °C, Bed: 50 °C. Für einen guten TPU-Druck sollte das Filament trocken sein.
