You can connect your old battery to the bms by peeling off the protective tapes, cut the battery connection legs from the right and left well and after a good soldering, you can provide external power with a suitable cable. Remember that since the battery is 3.8V, you can operate it by giving a maximum of 4.2V, if you give more than 4.2V, the phone will not turn on.
