Apologies, no good photo, but pretty self explanatory I would hope. Smooth side goes against the 92mm fan, 'standoff' side goes against the rear of the case in the same holes as the stock fan. Use those coarse plastic cutting fan mount screws for both.
SSD and HDD mounts for the SAMA IM01 in my things.
