Many sailing boats have removable companionway door. Here's the tool set helping sawing the corners nicely.
These are meant for teak deck ribb (32x12 with the seaming edge, e.g. Biltema 25-059). For different ribb dimensions you can zoom the parts accordingly using the slicer.
The door typically V-shape, in this case (Elan 333) angel is 3.7 degrees.
Print Corner and EndCut parts also mirrored to get left&right and parts.
Side ribbs' end cut is set 4.5mm but might need some shimming to get exact fit (I placed thin cardboard strip to reduce cut to 4.2mm, see red highlight).
Saw box is meant for 1mm thick blade.
HandleDrill jig is for reuse the hatch's original handle. With the jig you get strait 8mm hole drill for wood pins.
