Thanks a lot for the original, really liked it most from the list of Sagrotan No Touch dispenser mounts available!

And in fact I only gave it an additional way of mounting the holder to the wall. I think the original one was meant to be attached using double sided tape. But I am not sure that double sided tape will last in the humid and warm bathroom environment.

So this version can be attached to the wall using silicone.

How to mount:

1. make sure the mounting spot is really clean and free of grease
2. assemble the mounting plate (I glued them together with superglue, but it should also work without)
3. one hole (the bigger one) is meant to fill in the silicone, the other one is meant as air release. So, fill the mount with silicone until it comes out of the small hole. My test setup was a single spare tile and it was laying during drying periode, so maybe it is wise to use some tape to fix it.
4. now let everything dry. I tested stability after one day, which was not enough time. So, I'd suggest to wait for 2-3 days before attaching the holder.
5. While the holder is pretty sturdy in xyz-directions, it is easy to remove it when twisting. The remains at the wall can be removed with scraper and silicone remover. It should also be possible to remove the silicone from the mount and reuse it.

Of course the mount itself can be used in other bathroom utilities you like to mount on the tiled wall. Simply add a circular pocket with radius 24,1mm and depth 6mm to your model.

Update beginning of 2021:
This thingiverse entry is so brandnew, I don't even have it mounted in the bathroom yet, so no longtime experience so far. As you can see there is only a test setup, which seems to work just fine. I added some screw-holes but it's such a good fit, that no screws are needed so far. In the real bathroom setup I'll probably add the screws.
Now this thing is mounted to the wall for nearly one year and no problems. As mentioned above I used some tape to hold it at place for the drying periode and I added some screws long enough to just dig into the mounting plate with it's tip.
