Simplified Sager weathercaster / weather wheel.
Print and nest concentric rings together.
Use small nut and bolt (2.5 - 3.0 mm work best) to hold rings together, but secure loosely to allow freedom of spin for all rings.
High contrast painting recommended for weather conditions and code letters on each ring.
Some filing may be necessary to ensure best fit for each nested ring.
