I couldn't find a double din adapter for sale so I decided to design and print one!
This was designed specifically for the Pioneer DMH-W4660NEX radio, but should work with all double din radios.
Made in tinkercad so you can edit it here
Should be able to fit the wings to the bezel without glue since the radio fit and the screws into the radio will hold it together.
