The clip on my Ryobi P2800 chemical sprayer broke. Ryobi no longer sells replacements so I 3D printed one.
Print the part, then disassemble the sprayer, remove the motor, grind off any remaining parts of the clip, and then place the entire plastic shell (gray plate and green upper) on a flat surface and use the replacement clip as a guide to drill new holes. To be safe, make the holes a little high, and then oval them lower them if needed. Then assemble with 1/4 inch bolts. You may need to clip off part of the internal motor mounting bracket to make room for the bolt.
Test fit how tight the mounting clamps are, then reassemble.
