Summary

The cover to my Ryobi Generator's AC outlet came off and upon inspection I saw that the cover wasn't broken but the bracket holding it in place was.

So I designed a replacement and tried to keep it as close to the original as possible so as to not change the look of the generator's front panel.

Because of the possible exposure to heat and the elements, I recommend printing in PETG or ABS. I printed mine in PETG at 240 degrees.

It's possible that this could fit other generators if the lid/cover is similar to this one. So just in case, here are the dimensions:

80m spacing in between the screw holes.
4mm holes (so that makes the holes 84mm apart on center).

Inner opening for outlet is 67mm x 33.2mm.
The raised rim that comes out through the front panel is 38.2mm x 72mm.
The width of the hinge is 26mm and it's positioned 7.1mm above the raised rim.

P.S. I know the holes on the hinge aren't centered. That's exactly how they were on the original piece that broke off (not pictured).
