Updte:
v3.1 now has built in supports for cleaner print,
print back (so lens is pointing upward!) down on bed,
supports snap off (use needle nose pliers)
Replacement lens protector for the RunCam2.
I found the standard rings didnt last long!, so designed this chunk version.
Fit is a push fit and clips in place utilising the stock carrier indent. (so you cannot use this with the stock camera mount cradle thingy (but if you need a sturdy lens guard, its unlikely you are using the thin camera mount).
After printing the thin latch (raised strip) may need a quick file to reduce it, test fit and file it a little, dont force the model over the camera! Will stay put once fitted (can be removed carefully) no glue needed.
BUT a thin bead of glue will further hold it in place if you are going to be getting rough!
Tested on my Runcam2 - there is no guard visible in the FOV. (1080)
