Go to: TOOLS --> OPTIONS --> MACHINE --> Add stl file --> OK
In CHOOSE COLOR set preference color that you want.

Ps: I noticed sometimes when you start the simplify3d the bed come back empty, do it two things:
1) set PROCESS as DEFAUT and delete others. ( mostly problem is this ).
2) save one file as .FACTORY and use IMPORT and REMOVE always.
