I have tested this design and it works on my rifle!
Carefull where you use supports!
You can fill the internals of the model!!
Printet with 8 walls and 100% infill but can probaly work with less.
I have also included a cutaway of the model.
EDIT!
strengthened the blast chamber and the first baffle and added a small cone to the end of the suppressor.
Added a ring on the end to strengthen a failure point discovered under testing.
Slips on the end of the barrel and twists over the front sight, perfect fit on my rifle, no wobble and is true to the center of the bore.
No screws or clamping required.
Cut cone type baffles on this one.
