The file 'R!SE Tablet 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 5.4MB.
The R!SE tablet is a sleek and minimalist tablet stand designed to elevate your device to the perfect viewing angle. Crafted for ease and aesthetics, it's ideally suited for fast and material-efficient spiral vase printing.
Design & Construction
The R!SE tablet essentially comprises a contour guided along an almost sinusoidal wave, resulting in a design that is both simple and captivating. This unique appearance seamlessly blends into your environment, offering not only aesthetic appeal but also stability, thanks to the intriguing wave pattern.
If the stand doesn't perfectly match your tablet, we recommend a straightforward solution: adjust the dimensions by scaling it, ideally directly within your slicer!
Slicing, Printing
For optimal results, I recommend slicing and printing the R!SE tablet as a spiral vase, especially when using transparent materials, with zero bottom and top layers to keep the sides open. In my personal experience, I've used a 0.8mm nozzle, but it's not strictly necessary. If you're working with a 0.4mm nozzle, consider increasing the extrusion width and layer height to the maximum. Turn off your cooling fan to prevent warping. Typically, an extrusion width of 1.8 to 1.9 times the nozzle diameter and a layer height of 0.9 times the nozzle diameter work well. However, these settings may vary based on your printer setup, filament, and cooling, so a bit of experimentation might be needed for your specific slice. When printed following these guidelines, the stand remains stable and durable.
Assembly
Assembling the R!SE tablet is a breeze—simply remove it from the build plate, discard the brim, and it's ready for use!
Happy printing!
