This was started an experiment in creating hinges and clearances...
This is a hinged case for RPG dice. It is sized around GameScience dice, and more specifically the d3 Zocchi as it's the longest in dimension. The pen/pencil area will hold a Pentel P205 (without clip), a Kuru Togo (Roulette) pencil, or a common Bic mechanical pencil.
It is set for holding upto three (3) 28mm scale miniatures, in addition to 15 dice, and a pen or pencil.
There are three magnet sets (6 total) of 5mm diameter x 4mm deep. The hinge pin (2x) is a 3mm diameter stainless steel piece, cut to about 49mm long.
The one pictured is made from silky PLA which was troublesome and had inconsistent finish. That led to multple failed prints (print recommendations below), but would probably work without issue had I used my normal PLA+, but it did help in finding the below recommendations in the print settings and post printing areas below...
