for this particular linear stage. This model was meant for CNC milling from standard aluminum plate but the prototype printed quite well and we decided to go with 3D printing. Note it's printed with M6 threads and with acrylate based resin pigmented with graphite dust for extra toughness. The device is used to mount standard labware and instruments and core-position with thumbscrew ease, then fine tune with the micrometer. This particular linear stage has M4 threaded holes but you can easily modify the model to retrofit your own.
Note the files are called Ivans' [etc] because the concept was made in collaboration with my friend Ivan Pavlov and responds to his needs in the lab.
