Summary

Due to the fact that I do not know Blender, I made the Round case from scratch in OnShape for easier editing ;)

Version 2.1

Simple covers - for those who do not want a large hole for the ESP, and so that the drive wheel - does not fall out - at my place it comes loose after time, and I do not want to glue it permanently to the motor.

Version 2.1.1

After first print

  • Added little bump on center to better push the wheel.
  • Hole for cable slightly moved to right and reeuced size
  • Reduced distance between cap and housing - originally 0,2mm (version V2.1), here 0,1mm

Version 2.2

With holes for magnets - as above, but you can glue magnets fi 15mm, so that the watch can be placed, for example, on a tin parapet, or other metal shelf (useful in workshops)

Version 3

Here bigger changes already in the case itself - a variant adapted for mounting to the wall with magnets

  • hole for ESP reduced in the case
  • in the bottom holes for magnets fi 10mm
  • stopwheel, rotated together with the windows of the digits by 70st upwards relative to the original - to make the digits clearly visible (the watch placed at about 2m on the wall)
  • widened case for an additional wheel locking the driving wheel - with snaps

Not printed yet (now it's Christmas time). New year - we will be working :)

In the plans:

  • holes for magnets in the case - no covers,
  • wheel cover in the version without turning the windows of the digits
  • dedicated ESP board mount
  • WiFi range tests after reducing the hole for connecting the cable to the ESP
  • holes for hanging the watch - without magnets
  • dedicated stand/shelf for hanging on the wall
  • changing the circles of the digits, to illuminated from the inside - better visibility at night - this is what I care most about, I have an idea, but no time for the project and tests
