Print handle part(s) (*Bottom.stl) in TPU with 100% infill. Print image part(s) (*Top.stl) in e.g. PLA with 20% infill.
Glue together with an contact adhesive e.g. Pattex Kraftkleber.
Use a brush and apply color e.g. water based "Plakatfarbe"
