These brackets are for roof battens measuring 28x48mm which you can use as a rifle rest. They are screwed to the walls of your hunting (high-) stand facing each other. All you need to do, is to fit a roof batten (or else) to the width of your stand.
I've so far tested these two variants on some of our hunting stands. So far they work great. Short and tall hunters can easily adjust the optimal hight for their rest.
