Included here are files for two versions of the Roman Hand Abacus (often referred to as the Roman Pocket Abacus due to its size). It was a portable abacus used by engineers, merchants, and tax collectors to make calculations.
Only four hand abaci are known to have survived ancient times (three bronze & one ivory, the ivory abacus is missing). Replicas exist but are not very common. I made these because I couldn't find a way to purchase one directly and am sharing for those who may have a similar desire to have one of these.
This is a great print for those interested in arithmetic history.
