The file 'Roller Tool 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 1.9MB.
I made this to compress butyl rubber backed tape for my cousins house around the windows and for me to help me lay down DynaMat® in my car. Uses 608z or K08 bearings out of KP08 pillow block bearings and a couple of M8x1.25 x 20mm bolts.
My cousin's wife suggested it could also be used as a massage roller if a different roller was designed for it, so I quickly mocked up the Roller(Ball) model and haven't tested it yet. If anyone does and tries it out, please post the results.
Both my cousins and I were reefing on this thing pretty hard laying out fortiflash flashing for the windows and it didnt break, so I know its plenty strong in the handle (printed at 50% cubic subdivision in cura 3.6) .
Mod 1: Modified the space between the roller and the handle to allow for different protrusions from the roller face (ie the Roller(Ball) mounds).
