I found that changing just the bottom cushions on my Moxi Panther(marvel plate) made a huge difference in making them more maneuverable.
I used 82A TPU but if using harder, you could try playing with the infill - for example try using Cross 3D pattern so it would be flexible in both vertical and horizontal direction.
marvel_bottom_cushion.stl - fits Marvel Aluminum plate (Moxi Panther, Moxi Beach Bunny, Riedell Orbit, etc.), replaces bottom cushion.
rio_mayhem2_bottom_cushion.stl - fits Rio Roller Mayhem II(not sure for others as the plate is not specified), replaces bottom cushions.
