I was amazed by how much better the Rode Video Micro sounds compared to my bulky PC mic. The VideoMic gives a cleaner sound without any unwanted noise. But since it’s made for a cold shoe mount, I created a compact desk stand!
This stand holds the mic at a 30-degree angle aimed straight at your face. Perfect for portable setups and quick to print. The stand uses the original shock mount to prevent desk vibrations. I may release a v2 variant with wider legs, but this version is good enough.
