Wall switch (2 contacts), ideal for use with electronic switching actuators and sensors such as Shelly, Sonoff, Homematic, etc. Designed to fit the 60mm cutouts commonly used in Switzerland (by brands like Feller, Hager, etc.). These switches seamlessly integrate into existing combinations and provide ample space for the actuator within the installation box
I have revised and improved my wall switch.
This new version operates with an inverted rocker (double spring) that is 3D printed as a single piece.
This design enhances the tactile feel of the button.
Due to its simple construction, the switch contacts can accommodate either 5A microswitches or the larger 16A microswitches. (print out the corresponding base)
What you additionally need:
2 pieces of standard microswitches, either 5A or 16A (as shown in the images).6 pieces of countersunk screws M3 10mm.6 pieces of brass inserts M3 5mm
Note:
On some printers, the parts need to be sanded a bit to make them fit exactly. 🛠🖨
The caps must be glued to the rocker with super glue. To secure the holder, it should also be fixed with a few drops of super glue. If the microswitches are loose, they can also be fixed with super glue.
Printing:
Due to the higher temperatures inside the wall socket, it is necessary to use PETG. The printing parameters don’t matter. All parts will be printed without supports or rafts.
Have fun! 🎉
