I made this upgraded fender for my rocbros seat bag. It comes with trash flimsy fender out of the box.
You need to glue 2 parts together.
It's quite stable but you can make z axis 20% bigger and it will still fit inside this bag.
You can use it as a flat or use some hot air to bend it to your needs (see on the photo).
