Summary

I printed SAShood's remix and realized that not all of the Treasure Chest Expansion pieces had a space and that sleeved cards wouldn't fit in the container slots. I remixed his version to fit 80 micron sleeves and left some tolerance so 100 micron might work, but I cannot test this. Also, my sleeves are about 2mm too long, so I had to trim them off to fit.

The changes I made were as follows:

FoodContainer - I merged two of the slots to fit all of the food that is included with the Expansion (Fish, Birds, and Bananas). Note that in the photo I still have the old container, as it is good enough for now, but my OCD wants all the food to fit in one compartment.

BigCardContainer - I split this into 4 pieces (Explantion is below), which makes it easier to print on smaller beds.
big_card_container - Events_And_Adventures contains (In order from front to back) Wreckage, Events, Build, Search and Explore Cards.
big_card_container - Crewmen_And_Traits. This holds (In order from front to back) Crewmen incl the two dogs, Traits, Secret Traits, Designer Cards, and a spare slot that can be used as a discard pile.
big_card_container - Search_The_Beach and big_card_container -Mystery Cards are self-explanatory.

CharacterHolder was split into two part for easier printing. The two holes can be plugged with 1.75mm filament and melted with matches. Alternatively one can glue them together. This container can also hold your Spyglasses if you still have them.

SmallCardContainer - I added one extra slot and changed the spacing to accommodate sleeved cards. It holds (In order from front to back), Starting Inventions, Inventions, Beast Cards, Spare Slot(Discard Pile) and a final slot for the 4-player card.

Filler - Discovery Box.stl was modified to now also hold all 3 Adventure Tokens and the 1st Player Token.

TileHolder.stl—This now has space to hold (in order from bottom to top) the Volcano Tile, Board Tiles, the new Herb and Pen tiles, and the four Shelter Upgrade tiles.

The last two containers (Filler and TileHolder) are probably the biggest improvements in quality of life from the remixed version. If you already have the original printed and want to upgrade the storage significantly. I would start by making these two. They are the same dimensions as SAShood's and are 100% compatible with his version. Just swap them out.

The following was left unchanged and the original SAShood stl's are included for completion sake:
