Thank you RexRemus for the basic diameter and quick release clip profile! I'm not good at modeling, so that was a major hang-up for me. The quick release clip on the R1S has a post hole at the bottom. I found that the original design with only a taper point didn't clip in properly for me, so I took caliper dimensions of that post hole, cut them into the tip, and raised the dimension by about 1.2mm so now it clips perfectly.
