If you intend to use the wheel above, but somehow your rubber tires isn't printed properly, or like in my case the TPU was slippery instead of grippy, and so you have to use a ready made tires instead, you may need this.
This fixed the WIDTH of your tires, instead of compressing the inner side of the tires, when assembled without this.
I suggest using the V2, that can act as a stopper for inner lip of the tires.
Tires that had worked for me, as seen in the picture, is the one from below. It's grippy and it's only USD12!!! Cheap!
