This is a zero clearance plate to replace the one that came with the Rikon 14" Band Saw.
The original has a wide gap which swallows small cutoffs. Save your old plate. You'll need to replace it if you want to cut angles by tilting your table.
The two smaller holes are for 3/32" set screws which allow you to level the plate. My old plate had them, but I never used them. The holes are not threaded, but a set screw should cut the threads if you feel you need them.
