Summary

Ridgid / AEG powered Soldering Station based off Quicko T12-942 from Ebay.
Can be powered from 12-24v DC jack as well.

Features;
Storage for 9 tips, Iron holder, Cleaning sponge pot, spool holder
Iron holder, Cleaning container and spool holder are removable so you can make your own to fit your gear.

Items required

  • Quicko T12-942 (or other similar ones I suspect)
  • TTI part number 270015155 (Battery connector, get at your local Ridgid service center/online. Not homedepot)
  • Number 4 bolts and nuts. Trim to length
  • Vaseline to lube addon connections

Printing guidelines:
I printed in PETG
Use tree supports from baseplate only.
I disabled most supports around spare tip storage.
I did leave support on the outside three on one end.

Custom addons:
If you are customizing the 'addons'
Carve out the V-Channel in your modeling program of choice.
Remove an additional 0.2mm from each angled side to give clearance.
Do not remove anything from the top surfaces, only the angled sides of the socket.
Lube them with vaseline to make life easier.

The battery portion of this is based off the excellent battery adapter made by _
