A three piece Rick and Morty drinks coaster for your office desk.
I printed the center insert face down on a glass bed (made it nice & shiny). A small drop of glue holds in place on the base.
I printed the outer ring using Z-hop when retracted & retract only over printed parts both switched on. This prevented any scars on the lower grooves due to the nozzle dragging over the surface (happened on the first time printing). I also set the top layer line direction to match the upper groove direction to make the top look cleaner (ironing top layer only is also a good option).
The base has four 21mm wide & approx 2.1mm deep inserts underneath to accept 20mm x 3mm furniture feet pads for a soft contact with whatever surface the coaster is placed on (I found some great sticky back ones in my local hardware). These can be ignored & simply left empty if you wish. Bridging settings can be used but I didn't activate them & it printed just fine (fan was at 100% by the time these sections were bridged).
