I made the following modifications to the original files:
Modified the base to added a USB-C connector and increased the height of the base to give myself more room to wire everything:

Modified the Helix caps to be rounded and removed the 'Key'. I printed these with support with the open side down:

Modified the nano plate holder to have slots for the headers since my Nano came with headers/pins. I also cut out some space for the various SMD chips so it sits a bit nicer:
