This is a hard case for the new RG40XX H by Anbernic. I took inspiration from drbaph's design for his rg35xx casen but made my latch spring loaded for longevity.
In addition to the prints, you will also need a piece of spring from any standard "clicky" pen to use as the latch spring (see below for size).

Since the rg40xx h has triggers that hang down, and taller thumb sticks, i decided to add "trigger covers" and "thumbstick covers" on top and bottom, instead of making a much thicker case..
The Trigger covers and Thumbstick covers can simply be super glued to the bottom and top.
Triggers simply line up with the back and sides..
The thumbstick cover file also has an "X" that can be used as a guide to help center them on the holes when gluing.. (just stick the "X" through the hole in the top then set the thumbstick cover on it and press it strait down to get everything lined up.

Print and assembly:

Print one copy of each file.. no supports needed, print each item with its flat side on the print bed. (Latch will be lying on its side with the hole facing up and down)
I printed with 4 walls, 4 top and 4 bottom layers with 25% infill.

No real clean-up is needed, but check that the hinge holes are clear and that a piece of filament will fit through snugly for the hinge pins(you might need to stretch your filament with heat to thin it out if your holes are not clean)
Use standard filament for all of the hinge pins.

For the latch to work you will need an 8mm long piece of spring out of a clicky pen. I cut mine out of the middle so you don't have any tightly wound part left. (see image), Just insert the spring into the holes between the top case and latch, then press the latch down flat and insert your hinge pin.. it should work without issue..
