The file 'Revised Emergency Stop Flap For Ryobi Table Saw 3D Printer Model' is (stl,3mf,skp) file type, size is 326.0KB.
When I made my original emergency stop flap in 2018 (Thing 3162130), I had a single-colour printer (Ender 3), and I was a complete novice in 3D print design. So, although the stop flap did the job, it was pretty austere and basic.
I later learned about the Z-hop technique for tricking the printer into making two-colour prints, and often thought of re-printing it with the “STOP” legend printed in white. But I never got around to it.
Finally re-inspired by my new Bambulabs printer's ability to do multi-colour prints, I took the design back to the drawing board at last. While I was at it, I also increased the flap's frontal area (to make it even easier to find in a hurry), and rounded off the rather plain edges that made the old one look less than professional.
It looks a lot better now. The “STOP” legend is clearly visible, and it's even easier to find when fumbling under the table edge.
I've included the 3mf file with the extra colour information. But it's not exactly difficult to work out which colour goes where on the basic stl file if you'd rather use that.
Happy printing!
