I have long since been in search of a good, simple frame to hold the cheap digital hygrometers that I use to monitor the humidity of my dry boxes for filament storage. There are a number of designs out there, but nothing really truly fit what I was looking for. I want elegant but simple with a few options.

So I finally broke down and designed my own. It is simple, orthogonal, doesn't use much material and gets the job done. I made the mounting tabs oversized so that they could be attached with tape or some other adhesive in addition to screws. I don't like the idea of drilling through my dry boxes, so this was important for me.

This holder is reversible so that you can mount the meter on the inside or outside of a surface. Some of the hygrometers have "remote" sensors on wires, so I allowed for wire holes as well, assuming the meter would be surface mounted on the outside of something.

There are 4 variations on the design included in the files. These are all possible combinations of with or without mounting tabs and wire holes.
