This is a Reverb G2 V2 to Quest 2 Head Strap Adapter, its a 2 piece design made specifically for the Quest 2 only.
You will need some Velcro in order to use the the Reverb G2 V2

Cut to length and use something like hot glue to put it together.
You will need supports for everything.
