This should hold that air plant well. I wanted something with a little flare to hold an air plant above my desk at work, since I love rocket science than why not! This was a project of rapid prototyping and quick iteration. I spent two evenings designing printing, re-designing and printing the final pieces. There is an outer shell (preferably printed from a semi transparent material, a pressure vessel core (preferably a color that contrasts well against the outer shell color), an outer Fin outer perimeter and a Fin inner infill. CA glue to mount the fins to the body and the fin inners just snap in place (assuming you have your printer setup correctly). Quick prints each of the four pieces can print in about four hours total time if you can switch filaments and restart immediately. I know the plants is not shown, I will show the plant in place at my desk when I next return to work
