A remix of the Nanohack n95 mask. https://copper3d.com/hackthepandemic/
The original has a 16cm² filter. made two filters and made it larger to a total of about 40cm².
print at 100% ( 3 layers high) for a small face and 110% (4 layers) for a normal face.
Activate ironing to make it smooth en close all the micro holes if there are any.
after printing heat the mask with a hairdryer of a small torch and form at around our face and nose. Form one piece at a time to remain most of its shape. keep the screw filters away from to much heat, they must not deform.
I used a tissue paper between my face and the mask to prevent burning my face because i used a torch do heat it up.
you can put your own filter material in the mask and use some foam around the edges on the inside to make it fit better.
I'm not an expert in face masks but i wont recommend this if your serous about keeping yourself safe from a virus. Its likely more a gadget then a good protector.
